time multipliers

How often have you wished for just a few more hours in the day to finish your to-do list? Or a longer weekend to savor every moment of relaxation?

You’re definitely not alone. Time is the metaphorical brick wall that doctors are constantly slamming their heads against, yet the 25th and 26th hours never appear in the day.

You may not be able to change time, but you can control how you harness it to your benefit!

I’m here to share with you seven powerful time multipliers designed to save you hours and hours per week.

If you implement strategic time multipliers to save two hours per day, you’ll recapture a total of 728 hours every year! That’s more than 30 days of freedom you didn’t have before.

This is why I’m so passionate about helping doctors create freedom in their lives! I have lived and breathed this exact transformation, so I know its deep and impactful effects.

Now I want to share my hard-fought lessons with you. These seven time multipliers will forever transform your professional and personal lives with the gifts of time and freedom.

7 Time Multiplier Activities

There are only two ways to create more time in your day: decrease time-wasting activities and increase time-multiplying activities.

Most people only focus on decreasing time-wasting activities. For example, they take a flight instead of driving, or order delivery instead of driving to retrieve a takeout order. The problem is that decreasing time-wasting activities can only save you minutes or hours sporadically. It’s like playing checkers instead of chess.

Time-multiplying activities repeatedly and consistently allow you to reclaim time that was once lost. They make it possible to earn more revenue with less time and effort!

1. Task Prioritization

I recently had a call with dozens of doctors seeking better ways to create more time in their calendars. I’ll tell you exactly what I told them. Consider the following four questions and write down your answers:

  • What low income-generating activities do you still perform yourself?
  • What low income-generating activities are draining your energy?
  • What are your highest income-generating activities?
  • What energizes you and brings you to life?

Your time management solution lies in your answers to those questions. Delegate low income-generating activities to an assistant or team member so that you can devote your energy into the tasks that really matter. Making this simple change will allow you to kindle a more profound impact on your virtual practice in less time each day!

2. Hiring Out Your Weaknesses

The phrase work smarter, not harder sounds cliche, but it holds a powerful truth. Even the hardest workers can’t do everything alone. If it takes 100% of your effort to complete 50% of your objectives, how can you ever complete the other 50% of your goals alone?

Identify your weaknesses and entrust those tasks to somebody else. This could be as simple as hiring an assistant to work 10 or 15 hours a week. You’ll experience the most liberating relief once you know certain priorities are performed by an expert who can do them even better than you could!

As soon as you make this critical paradigm shift, your business can surge to the next level. You must use the capabilities of other people to magnify your abilities. Doing so creates progress and momentum.

3. Investing Into Creating Value For Your Tribe

Your tribe trusts you to improve their health, provide valuable advice, and advocate for their wellbeing. But you can’t be their only go-to person 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Multiply your time by finding other ways to create value for your tribe. Select a few high-impact procedures or activities and train your staff to do them just as well as you. For example, train your staff to perform consultations and capture potential new clients.

Investing time into your team’s value and productivity now yields long-term results in the future. Think of it this way: for every one hour you invest into creating value for your tribe today, you’ll gain a week of extra time and freedom in the future.

Before you know it, you’ll start generating far beyond your hourly rate and scaling a successful six, seven, or eight-figure virtual practice!

4. Building Assets You Can Create Once and Share Infinitely

Evergreen content is the lynchpin of any virtual practice. You need programs, articles, patient education tools, and marketing collateral that you can create once and share infinitely.

For example, you might spend three hours creating the cheat sheet that you offer prospective new patients who opt-in to your email list. You only spent three hours, one time, to create that content, but you can use it for years to generate more business and bolster your revenue.

5. Building Replicable Systems

Someone once said, “If you don’t have systems, you don’t have a business. You simply have a job for yourself.” This is so true, but also so painful for doctors who are struggling to scale their practices without replicable systems in place.

You don’t need to be a nationally or internationally recognized brand to implement strategic systems in your practice… but those systems are the key to building the momentum you do need to generate unprecedented revenue.

A replicable system can start simple: create a process manual to quickly train new team members. Document anything you do more than once so that you define a system of automation.

This is exactly what I do for doctors each and every day through Health Experts Alliance; it’s my passion to help your practice thrive using the powers of automation. Mastering the art of automation helped me transform from an overwhelmed, overloaded one-man-show to a seven-figure business scaling to new heights every year. If I can do it, then you can too.

6. Strategic Thinking

It’s all too easy to get trapped in an avalanche of to-do lists and time-consuming tasks. Days turn into weeks, weeks turn into months, and suddenly you realize you’ve spent years working in your business instead of working on your business.

This is why it’s so important to allocate a few hours every week to strategic thinking. Thinking ahead creates space to imagine what’s possible and implement the steps necessary to turn maybe into reality.

People do this who build not only amazing businesses, but amazing lives. They are thriving spiritually, emotionally, financially. So give yourself permission to create space for forward-thinking. You’ll slow down for two hours so that you can accelerate for the next two months!

7. Modeling

As Tony Robbins says, the fastest way to grow is through modeling. Find a virtual practice that’s already achieved the goals you’ve set and use their formulas as a shortcut to success. That’s the definition of working smarter, not harder.

You need a proven model and roadmap to create predictable success in the virtual space. This is exactly what we do at Health Experts Alliance. Our virtual success roadmaps and blueprints have helped to launch multiple seven- and eight-figure supplement companies, digital education plans, and virtual practices.

Whether it’s Dr. Axe, Ancient Nutrition, Dr. Jockers, or one of the other major brands we’ve helped to launch, Health Experts Alliance draws from the best models to create a culture of inspiration and data-driven strategies to help you achieve ultimate success.
