Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Use of Services

You may use our Services solely for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to interfere with their proper functioning. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or harmful activities.

Communications and Marketing Consent

By providing your email address, phone number, or other contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from Health Experts Alliance and our partners, including marketing communications by email, phone, and SMS, which may be sent using automated systems, prerecorded messages, or other technology. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails or replying STOP to SMS messages.

Purchases and Transactions

Our Services may include opportunities to purchase tickets, programs, or other products directly. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. Prices are subject to change at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize us or our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Health Experts Alliance or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Health and General Disclaimers

The content provided through our Services, including programs, events, educational materials, and communications, is for general informational and educational purposes only. We are not a medical provider and do not render medical, health, or professional advice. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Health Experts Alliance, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Our Services may include integrations with or links to third-party websites, platforms, and services. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET SALES

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to ticket purchases for events hosted by Health Experts Alliance (“Company”), including conferences, retreats, workshops, and other gatherings (“Events”). By purchasing a ticket, you (“Attendee”) agree to these Terms.

Ticket Purchase and Pricing

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as specifically outlined in these Terms. The Company reserves the right to adjust ticket pricing at any time without prior notice. All ticket sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Payment and Confirmation

Payment for tickets is required in full at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket and additional event details. If payment is not received/failed, the Company reserves the right to cancel your registration without notice.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Attendee Cancellations:

  • 90 Days or More Before Event Start Date: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Between 31 and 89 Days Before Event Start Date: Eligible for a 25% refund.
  • 30 Days or Less Before Event Start Date: Cancellations are non-refundable or transferrable.

Cancellations by Company: If the event is canceled or rescheduled by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or any other cause beyond the Company’s control, you will have the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled event or receive a full refund.

COVID-19 and Other Health Guidelines: In case of cancellation or rescheduling due to health-related restrictions, tickets may be deferred to a future event. Refunds may not be available in these cases.

Transfer of Tickets

Eligibility for Transfer: Tickets may be transferred to another individual no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event date. No transfers will be accepted after this deadline.

Transfer Process: To request a transfer, the original ticket holder must send an email to support@healthexpertsalliance.com. The email must include the following information about the new ticket holder:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address

Confirmation of Transfer: The organization will review the request and confirm the transfer via email to both the original and new ticket holders. The transfer is not complete until confirmation is received.

Transfer Limitations: The new ticket holder will assume all terms, conditions, and responsibilities associated with the ticket. Ticket transfers do not alter the non-refundable nature of the original purchase.

Event Changes

The Company reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, content, or location. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify Attendees of significant changes, but such changes do not entitle Attendees to refunds or compensation.

Assumption of Risk
By attending the event, you acknowledge and accept any and all risks associated with participation, including potential health or wellness risks. The Company is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from event participation.

Photography, Recording, and Media Use

The Company may capture and record video, photo, and audio during the event. By attending, you grant the Company the right to use these recordings and images for promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be used only as necessary to process your ticket purchase, communicate event details, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

Code of Conduct

The Company expects all attendees to act professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and the Company reserves the right to remove any individual in violation of these standards without refund.

All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner toward other attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to shouting, inappropriate language, or gestures, will not be tolerated.

The Company is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. Harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that demeans or intimidates others based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.

Any reported incidents will be investigated promptly, and Attendee may be removed from the event without refund if found to be in violation of this policy.

Attendees must comply with all rules and regulations of the event venue, including health and safety guidelines, prohibited items, and restrictions on certain areas. Failure to adhere to venue policies may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without a refund.

Personal Safety and Health Protocols

Ticket Holders are required to follow all health and safety protocols put in place by the Company and venue. This may include wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, or providing proof of vaccination, where applicable. Ticket Holders exhibiting symptoms of illness are asked to refrain from attending in consideration of the health and wellness of others.

Unauthorized Recordings and Photography

The Company reserves the right to restrict or prohibit unauthorized recordings, live streaming, or photography during certain portions of the event. Ticket Holders may not capture, record, or broadcast content without explicit permission from the Company or designated representatives.

Intellectual Property Respect

Ticket Holders agree not to use, distribute, or sell any event materials, presentations, or content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company. All event content is the intellectual property of the Company and its presenters.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your attendance at or inability to attend the event.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its employees/contractors, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States of America. Any disputes arising from ticket purchases or event attendance shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia, United States of America.
